Job summary

Van Eerden Foodsevice in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a Day Warehouse Associate to safely receive and select quality product for local restaurants and customers. Typical schedule is 7 am – 5 pm, five days a week, with Thursday pay and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective communication.
• 1 year of receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a standup PIT and become forklift certified.
• Ability to lift 40–60 pounds regularly; lift up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for 8+ hours per day and reach up to 6 feet.

Responsibilities

• Receive and rehandle cases to Ti/Hi specs.
• Stock pallets and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Put away incoming product and rotate stock.
• Select product for will call or sales reps during high volume days.
