Summary

Our Warehouse Associates play a pivotal role at Columbia Distributing. They are responsible for pre-picking beverage orders and placing the correct pallets on trucks. Working as a team is essential for success in this position.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Perform duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking, and security of products.
2. Rotate all products during receiving, replenishment, picking, repacking, and returns according to company standards.
3. Participate in pre-picking and merchandising of products as needed.
4. Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, and team-oriented relationships with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and others you contact during your work.
5. Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards set by management.
6. Read order sheets accurately.
7. Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure productivity standards are met.
8. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company's Core Values at all times.
9. Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
