Qualifications

• Experience in music education, administration, scheduling, marketing, or program coordination is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AIM is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lesson schedules, enrollment, cancellations, make-up lessons, and teacher assignments.
• Recruit, contract, support, and communicate with instructors.
• Serve as the primary contact for students, parents, and teachers regarding lessons and program questions.
• Maintain accurate student, teacher, scheduling, and account records.
• Coordinate recitals, camps, group classes, professional development, and other educational events.
• Promote lessons, camps, events, and other Day Violins programs through social media, email, and community outreach.
• Build strong relationships with students and families to encourage retention and continued participation.
• Support teachers with resources, communication, and program development.
• Assist with front desk operations, point-of-sale transactions, rentals, and customer service as needed.
• Provide seasonal support during rental season and other high-volume periods.
• Identify opportunities to improve the lesson program, customer experience, and overall growth of The Day School of the Arts.
