South Eastern School District is seeking a Day-to-Day Extended Term Learning Support Substitute Teacher for Delta-Peach Bottom Elementary School from about 08/19/2026 to 11/02/2026, approx. 51 days. Employment through STS with a daily rate of $145.

Preference given to PA SPED certification (PK-12, 7-12, PK-8); emergency certification may be issued to candidates with a bachelor's degree. Submit resume and cover letter to Dr. Zane Fake and cc Dr. Greg Anderson.

Qualifications

• PA Certification in Special Education PK-12 preferred; emergency certification may be issued with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience or familiarity with K-12 SPED programs and classroom support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day learning support as a substitute teacher at Delta-Peach Bottom Elementary School.
• Adhere to Substitute Teacher Service, Inc. procedures and district policies.
• Maintain student safety, behavior expectations, and accurate attendance records.

Job description

This is a Day to Day Extended Term Learning Support Substitute Teacher assignment at Delta-Peach Bottom Elementary School taking place from approximately 08/19/2026 to 11/2/26 for approximately 51 days. The assignment will be filled through Substitute Teacher Service, Inc. (STS). Preference will be given to those with a PA Certification in Special Education Pk-12, Special Education 7-12, and Special Education Pk-8 but the district will consider issuing an emergency certification to anyone with a bachelor's degree.
