Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon is hiring a Crew Member to join our Fort Wayne team. You will greet customers, help with hot food prep, and keep the dining area clean. This role emphasizes friendly service and strong guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

We seek motivated individuals with good communication, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to learn. Weekend and holiday shifts are required to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work at least ten hours per week and two days.
• Restaurant/foodservice experience recommended.
• Moderate computer proficiency required.
• Eligible to work in United States.
• Background check required.

Job description

Auntie Anne's serves oven-hot, aromatic and fresh baked pretzels. But that's not all. This restaurant also serves other baked goods and specialty beverages.

The Crew Member performs a variety of duties relating to QSR restaurant-style service including greeting and serving customers, hot food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and light paperwork. Responsible customer service is a major component of this position.
