• Prepare dough and products (lemonade, butter, etc.).
• Roll, twist and salt pretzels.

• Operate trays, ovens and timers safely.
• Prepare drinks and bag orders.
• Provide friendly customer service at all times.
• Accurately operate cash registers per procedures.
• Set up at opening and break down at closing.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment.

Auntie Anne's got its start in 1988 when Anne Beiler bought a stand in a Pennsylvania farmer's market. After some experimentation, "Auntie" Anne created a masterpiece - the same freshly baked goodness you know and love today.

Auntie Anne's is seeking a Crew Member. The ideal candidate is positive, energetic, motivating, responsible, trustworthy, and a team player.

All locations and all positions will be tipped positions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Prepare dough and other products (lemonade, butter, Dutch ice, etc.)
• Roll and twist pretzels.
• Dip, shape, and salt pretzels.
• Insert, rotate, and remove pretzel trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color.
• Dip, drain, and file pretzels in Roundup.
• Prepare specialty pretzels.
• Prepare drinks and bag orders.
• At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and co-workers.
• Accurately operate cash registers in accordance with Cash Register Procedures.
• Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies at opening.
• Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift.
• Comply at all times with Auntie Anne's dress code and personal appearance standards.
• Comply with all Auntie Anne's policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et al.
• Perform all essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by Auntie Anne's Inc.
• Perform other duties as directed by Manager or Shift Leader.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Previous Cash Handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to occasionally work long hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to test products by taste, color, and smell.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
