Qualifications

- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to stand up to 12 hours; lift up to 250 lbs with assistance.
- Communicate in English clearly with patients and team.
Responsibilities
- Plans, implements, and evaluates pre- and post surgical patient care for outpatient services.
- Performs comprehensive assessments on all patients at admission.
- Develops individualized care plans and discharge needs; provides psychosocial support.
- Documents accurately and timely; handles medications and equipment safely.
