I Am Boundless in Independence Township, OH, is hiring a Day Support Professional to provide direct services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. The role emphasizes a safe, structured, person-centered, and community-integrated approach with community or center-based programs and occasional outings.

You’ll work under a supportive team, with requirements including a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and insurable driving record;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.
• Two years’ experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provide direct Day & Vocational Habilitation and Non-Medical Transportation for adults with I/DD and behavioral health challenges.
• Maintain a safe, structured environment with a person-centered, community-integrated approach.
• Operate in community and center-based programs, including outings with the individuals supported.
