I Am Boundless is hiring a Day Support Professional in Worthington, OH. The role provides direct services including Day and Vocational Habilitation and Non-Medical Transportation for adults with I/DD and behavioral health challenges in a safe, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with insurable driving record.
• Two years’ experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

• Support a safe, structured environment through a person-centered, community-integrated approach.

What You’ll Do:

As a Day Support Professional , you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct services – including Day & Vocational Habilitation and Non-Medical Transportation Services – for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and well-structured environment while embracing a person-centered and community integrated philosophy. Programs are community and/or center based – including outings with the people we support.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Two years’ experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with consumers and other staff.
• Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset and at times hostile people within the facility.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
