Grayson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky is seeking a compassionate State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA) to join our dedicated nursing team. You will provide the highest quality of care to residents and support their daily living needs in a respectful, family-like environment.

• Full-Time

• Weekends

• 12-Hour Shifts

SRNA/CNA Requirement:

• Preferred minimum of a high school diploma or completed a GED program

• Applicants and employees will have graduated from an approved Nurse Aide Training program.

• State Registered Nurse Aides will be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
