Grayson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate SRNA/CNA to join our dedicated team in delivering high-quality care to residents. Full-time, 12-hour shifts are available with day or night options, as we strive to support residents’ well-being and quality of life.

SRNA/CNA Schedule:

• Full-Time
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Day or Night Shift

SRNA/CNA Requirement:

• Preferred minimum of a high school diploma or completed a GED program
• Current/valid Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide Certification required
