Job summary

Schillings is seeking a Warehouse team member at our Saint John, IN location. This full-time role offers a competitive benefits package and advancement opportunities, with no night shifts or Sundays.

Responsibilities include organizing warehouses, receiving materials, inventory checks, loading/unloading trucks, and occasional cross-warehouse assignments. The candidate will lift up to 50–80 lbs, operate multiple types of equipment, and work outside in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate yard equipment and vehicles safely
• Physical ability to lift 50–80 lbs regularly and perform long shifts outdoors
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and follow safety procedures
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math for inventory accuracy

Responsibilities

• Keep warehouses organized and clean, pull orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive and check-in new materials
• Maintain inventory counts; count and recount as needed
• Load and unload box trucks/semis
• Operate yard equipment and non-CDL trucks as required
• Communicate with Operations Manager to complete tasks and report issues
• Assist across multiple warehouses as needed
• Perform duties in all weather conditions and follow safety protocols
