Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a Night Warehouse Clerk to provide general clerical support for night shift operations at our Harrisburg facility. Working under general supervision, you will perform data entry, label handling, daily task checklists and collaborate with the routing and transportation teams to ensure accurate shipments.

The position runs Tuesday through Friday, 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., with a 30-minute lunch.

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent is required.
1–2 years of keyboarding/data entry experience is required.
Previous PC data entry experience is preferred.
Basic Excel skills are required.
Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Generate, clear flags and export orders in BFC Dakota in the truck builder for night shift selectors.
Communicate with the routing department for special instructions on a nightly basis.
Collate all labels, check-offs and load sheets for night shift operation.
On a daily basis, complete all duties shown on the daily list.
Track and record shipping statistics for the night shift on a nightly basis.
Review catchweight data input for accuracy.
Develop invoices for all routes.
Collect and distribute all needed documentation for the transportation department.
Adhere to all applicable GMP, SQF policies and procedures as described in the European imports – Sysco food safety training manual.
Assist in product recalls as needed.
