Responsibilities include moving materials, operating equipment, labeling finished goods, and ensuring quality at each step. The role requires physical endurance, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long hours, and a forklift license or ability to drive a forklift.

Qualifications

• Be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to drive a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production goals in a fast-paced team environment.
• Move materials/components between floor, pallets, conveyors and tables as needed.
• Operate equipment such as sewing machines, hot glue guns, pallet jacks.
• Ensure production materials are sorted, verified and supplied to stations to meet schedule.
• Collaborate with a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Label and pack finished goods correctly and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform quality inspections at each step to ensure standards.
