Job summary

Tempur Sealy is seeking a production associate to join our Indiana manufacturing team. You will help meet daily production goals, move materials, operate basic equipment, and label/pack finished goods with a focus on quality. A clean work area and teamwork are essential.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 8 hours or more, and be punctual. Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required to support production schedules.

• Excellent attendance, reliable and punctual.
• Willingness to overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production goals.
• Move materials between floor, pallets, conveyors or tables.
• Operate sewing machines, hot glue guns, pallet jacks.
• Label and pack finished goods and ensure quality at each step.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
