Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Production Associate in Baltimore to support ingredient picking and assembly in a refrigerated setting. The role runs dayshift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays off, at our 1701 E Patapsco Ave location.

Two-day orientation starts on Wednesday and Thursday at 7:15am, followed by a two-week onboarding window. GMP adherence and teamwork are essential, with a focus on reliability and physical readiness.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma preferred but not required.
• 6+ months of production/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with others as a team.
