Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse receiving or related role.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong reading and writing abilities for documentation.
• Experience with NAV/WMS inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound deliveries with vendors and carriers.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues.
• Process inbound paperwork and notes for damages or shortages.
• Print and label received items for inventory tracking.
• Maintain filing and documentation; submit accurate paperwork.
• Process invoices for CRM and RA to ensure records.
• Perform cycle counts and keep a clean work area.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
• Assist with warehouse operations and equipment (forklifts).
• Maintain attendance and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
