Job summary

Marcone Appliance Parts is hiring a Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate. This role executes a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, transferring, stocking, inventory management, and order fulfillment to support customers, vendors, and branch locations.

Normal duties include picking, staging, moving orders, unloading and check-in of merchandise, using standardized inventory systems, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in warehousing or related functions.
• Strong aptitude for math and numerical analysis.
• Proficient in office technology, including computers, scanners, phone systems, and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Performs a range of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Accurately picks, stages, and moves orders; assists with unloading and check-in of incoming merchandise.
• Sorts and stores products using standardized inventory systems and maintains a clean, safe, and accessible work environment.
• Follows standard procedures for loading, documentation, and exception handling.
• Safely operates warehouse equipment and completes assigned aisle duties.
• Accurately labels products and supports physical inventory counts.
• Inspects inbound and outbound products for damage, quantity accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Follows verification procedures and promptly reports inventory or location discrepancies.
• Follows all company safety policies, including PPE use and safe lifting practices.
• Maintains clear, timely communication with supervisors, including during breaks and shift transitions.
