Job summary

mSupply is seeking a Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate in Michigan to support shipping, receiving, transfers, and order fulfillment. You will pick, stage, and move orders, assist with unloading, and maintain accurate inventory with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in warehousing. Proficiency with scanners, computers, and office tech is expected, with a 40+ hour workweek and weekly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately labels products and supports physical inventory counts.
• Inspects inbound and outbound products for damage, quantity accuracy, and proper documentation.
• Follows verification procedures and promptly reports inventory or location discrepancies.

The Fulfillment Center Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing a variety of warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, transferring, stocking, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This role supports the accurate and efficient movement of merchandise and materials to meet the needs of customers, vendors, and branch locations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs a range of warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, transfers, and order fulfillment
• Accurately picks, stages, and moves orders; assists with unloading and check‑in of incoming merchandise
• Sorts and stores products using standardized inventory systems and maintains a clean, safe, and accessible work environment

• Performs assigned facility and vehicle maintenance tasks
• Maintains clear, timely communication with supervisors, including during breaks and shift transitions
• Responds to messages and requests professionally and promptly
• Safety‑sensitive position requiring consistent alertness and adherence to safe work practices
• Maintains proficiency in company systems for data entry, communication, and routine administrative tasks

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This full-time position may require 40+ hours per week and involves regular physical activity, including:

• Frequent lifting of 25–50 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 300 lbs.
• Operation of forklifts and material handling equipment for extended periods (up to 6 hours daily)
• Routine bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and use of hands, arms, and feet for equipment operation
• Periods of sitting, standing, walking, and twisting throughout the shift
• Visual demands include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with depth perception and focus adjustment
