PSG Global Solutions seeks a dependable Warehouse Associate in Birmingham, AL for a full-time, onsite role in a fast-paced distribution center. You will operate RF scanners, log materials, and physically move boxes up to 100 lbs while maintaining safety standards.

The position offers daytime hours and potential conversion to a permanent role. The role requires the ability to stand for 8 hours, lift regularly, and follow instructions using handheld devices and pallets.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs regularly in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Comfortable standing/walking for an entire 8-hour shift with repetitive motion.
• Fluent reading and writing English to follow labels and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld RF scanners and tracking software to log and locate items.
• Manually lift, move, and stack storage boxes and totes (24 lbs to 100+ lbs).
• Load and transport materials using hand trucks, carts, and pallet jacks.
• Build, shrink-wrap, and stage pallets for outbound dispatch.
