Job summary

Hercules Industries is seeking a Warehouse Worker to manage all aspects of distribution center warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and preparing product for customer delivery. Use of forklift and/or order picker to process orders in a safe, orderly warehouse.

Salary ranges from $21.00 to $26.00 per hour; work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
General knowledge of warehouse procedures and safe operation of material handling equipment.
Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers to satisfy customer requirements.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and requirements.
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Obtains or pulls material to fill pick tickets and verifies against invoices; loads merchandise into company vehicles.
Maintains assigned equipment in clean condition and reports defects or repairs.
Verifies quantity and description of materials received against packing lists and PO's.
Maintains excellent attendance.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Transport, gather, distribute and stock material safely and efficiently.
Keep the warehouse organized and orderly at all times.
Other duties as assigned.
