Job summary

Hercules Industries is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to handle receiving, storing, packing, and shipping while maintaining a safe, orderly warehouse. The role requires forklift or order picker use and adherence to schedules.

In this M-F position, you’ll verify quantities, load products, and help keep the facility clean and compliant with safety standards. Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment operation.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers and satisfy customer requirements.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Pull materials to fill pick tickets from storage and verify against invoices.
• Load merchandise into company vehicles and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and inspect assigned equipment; report defects.
• Keep warehouse organized and safe, and work overtime when needed.
