Job summary

Qualifications

Two+ years forklift operation experience, preferably in high rack or drive-in systems.
Knowledge of ERP systems and how they support warehouse processes.
Minimum two years in team leadership and conflict resolution.
Two+ years in receiving/shipping warehouse roles; food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Warehouse leads to assign tasks in shipping and receiving.
Coordinate weekly shipping/receiving schedules with sales and SCPM.
Manage, evaluate, and report warehouse productivity.
Schedule shipments and deliveries; verify inbound/outbound KPIs and carrier performance.
Maintain orderly shipping/receiving warehouses; enforce inventory controls.
Oversee forklift training for new/current employees; ensure GMP and FSMS compliance.
Assist with hiring, training, and SOP/policy creation; support year-end inventory.
Ensure production materials are available; manage inventory for finished goods & packaging.
Document accounting/audit records; back up SCPM as needed.
