ReaderLink in Denton, TX is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to join our warehouse operations. Under the supervision of the Distribution Operations Manager, you will direct a team to ensure accuracy, productivity, and safety on the floor.

The role requires leadership experience, computer literacy, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds. You will support shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years distribution center experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience required.
• Must be computer literate; experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Standing/walking up to 10 hours daily; able to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct workers on team to ensure accuracy, productivity, and teamwork.
• Able to work in all areas of operation and support the daily workflow.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Lead and participate in routine work assigned to temporary workers.
• Keep records and prepare reports; load/unload and move products using equipment.
