Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisory personnel in maintaining efficient operation.
• Lead group ensuring proper flow, quality, and safety.
• Instruct and direct employees on methods and procedures.
• Assign or reassign work as needed.
• Perform duties of group leading functions when required.
• Maintain good housekeeping and regular attendance.
• Coach and assist in development of operators including standardized work and problem solving.
• Lead 5s initiatives and maintain visual displays.
• Investigate root causes and establish countermeasures.
