Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for a Franklin, MA distribution center. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekend off. Training is provided; no experience is required but reliability is essential. Pay is $16.50 per hour, with weekly pay and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include packing, shipping, receiving, stocking, and using RF scanners and automated picking robots to fulfill orders. Candidates should be able to stand all shift and lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Clear English communication required.
• Able to stand 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pack, ship, receive, and stock merchandise.
• Load/unload pallets and shelves by hand and with equipment.
• Use RF scanners and automated picking robots to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
