Ryder in Taunton, MA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced team. The role includes weekly pay, a strong benefits package, and growth opportunities within a national distribution network.

Responsibilities include packaging, loading/unloading, picking and packing orders, and operating standard warehouse equipment. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm, with training and a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Powered industrial truck certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English.
• Ability to work overtime as assigned.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers. Ensure accurate scanning.
• Train dock employees on new procedures; ensure shift end security.
• Perform picking and packing duties; check for damage.
• Material moves with physical/logical transactions as required.
• Participate in team activities to improve operations.
• Perform housekeeping duties for the area.
