Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN in Pennsylvania is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Operator for a local beverage packaging plant. The role centers on efficiently picking, packing, and loading customer orders for shipment, with a Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm schedule and a pay rate of $21.50 per hour.

This position is based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures. Safe operations, ERP proficiency, and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years forklift experience in warehouse.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Team oriented and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment experience.
• Strong communication across all levels.
• English reading and writing proficiency.
• Occasional overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify picked orders against packing orders to ensure correctness before shipment.
• Efficiently work within ERP system and procedures.
• Safely load trucks with outgoing shipments, securing the freight.
• Ensure all required shipping documentation is completed and accompanies the shipment.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment in the warehouse and dock area.
• Organize and store materials appropriately to optimize space and accessibility.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Wear PPE and adhere to safety policies.
• Fill in inbound receiving as needed, assisting with unloading trucks and receiving materials.
