Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Distribution Center Associate for our Middletown, PA facility. This 1st shift role runs Mon-Fri from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM and pays $19.00 per hour.

You will support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced, automated distribution environment, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and quality. You’ll use WMS to process goods, assist with loading/unloading, maintain a clean work area, and follow directions to meet customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn WMS.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general distribution center tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Assist with unloading and loading trucks
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to process incoming and outgoing goods
• Inspect incoming products for quantity and part number accuracy
• Distribute products to designated storage areas (ASRS, conventional)
• Follow WMS instructions at workstations to complete tasks
• Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail
• Prepare shipments according to WMS directions and shipping guidelines
• Operate hand trucks and other equipment (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
