Job summary

Randstad USA in Chambersburg, PA is seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates for a high-volume distribution center. The Back half Days shift is Wed 12pm-6pm and Thur-Sat 6am-6pm, at $19.00/hr, with cross-training and a clear path to operator roles.

Inbound/outbound unloading, order fulfillment, sorting and staging, and team cross-training are core duties. A safe, organized workspace and a strong culture of safety accompany a route to permanent full-time employment and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trucks and place items on conveyors for sorting.
• Assist with loading outbound trailers.
• Pick, pack, scan, and label orders to ensure accurate shipments.
• Sort and stage products on automated conveyors.
• Cross-train across warehouse departments to support daily volume needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace and follow PPE rules.
