Job summary

Kelly is seeking dependable DC Associates to join a fast-paced, automated distribution center in Middletown, PA. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Shifts are available 1st and 2nd with Monday–Friday schedules. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 70 lbs, stand long hours, and work overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn WMS.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution center tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Assist with unloading and loading trucks.
• Use WMS to process incoming and outgoing goods.
• Inspect incoming products for quantity and part number accuracy.
• Distribute products to designated storage areas (ASRS, conventional).
• Follow WMS instructions at workstations to complete tasks.
• Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail.
• Prepare shipments according to WMS directions and shipping guidelines.
