Lowe's is seeking a Market Delivery Warehouse Associate for daytime hours in East Hartford, Connecticut. Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, staging items for next-day delivery, and coordinating with external delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will manage outbound freight, perform pre-delivery inspections, and maintain accurate inventory using the warehouse system and related tools. A high school diploma is required, with 1–2 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in inventory and return processes is preferred.
• Experience with vendors and warehouse systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive inbound shipments from distribution centers and vendors.
• Stage next-day and future delivery items for external delivery teams.
• Load and ship outbound freight to DCs and reverse vendors.
• Complete product assembly and pre-delivery inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate recycling equipment and participate in sustainability programs.
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, audits, adjustments, and reporting.
• Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions, including scanning and validation.
• Generate and monitor reports, RTM worklists, and damaged-on-hand reports.
• Use MS Office, Blue Yonder, and My Red Vest to support inventory accuracy and logistics.
