Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. in Milford, OH is seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time, keeping staging areas clean and safe.

You will operate powered equipment and follow safety requirements, deliver excellent service, and support inventory accuracy while collaborating with leadership and teammates to resolve issues and ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Powered equipment certification: Counterbalance forklift, order picker, and narrow aisle reach truck (required; must be obtained if not already certified).

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, inspect, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
• Deliver excellent service by advising customers and connecting them with the right associates.
• Operate powered equipment and follow safety requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy using store systems and report discrepancies.
• Complete administrative and readiness tasks, audits, and locker management as needed.
