Job summary

QED, a longstanding electrical products provider, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Mesa, AZ. You will prepare, pack, ship and receive orders, maintain organized work areas and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

We offer a 6:00am-3:00pm schedule from Monday to Friday, along with healthcare plans, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with receiving software and ERP systems.
• Able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outbound shipments per customer order.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels and prep products for transport.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects and discrepancies.
• Inventory management: Update inventory systems and labeling.
• Documentation: Complete receiving logs and maintain records.
• Equipment use: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Collaborate with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control.
• Stock organization: Maintain receiving area and ensure a clean, hazard-free space.
• Returns: Process returned items or defective goods and arrange replacements or credits.
