Job summary

IPS Packaging & Automation in Union, OH is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to join our daytime shift. This full-time warehouse role focuses on stock control, receipt, storage, and the timely, accurate shipment of goods to our customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in warehouse or production, strong organizational and communication skills, forklift and RF scanner experience, and the ability to load/unload trailers and meet productivity goals. Safety shoes are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/production experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience loading/unloading trailers, processing orders, and meeting productivity goals.
• Must have forklift and RF Scanner experience; safety shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock control, receipt, storage, and retrieval of product.
• Support timely and accurate shipment-to customers.
• Work under DC Manager to complete duties efficiently and accurately.
