Job summary

IPS Packaging & Automation is seeking a Distribution Center Associate in Charlotte, NC. The role handles stock control, receipt, storage, and retrieval of products to ensure timely shipments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of warehouse experience and proficiency with forklifts and RF scanners.

This is a full-time, daytime position with a 8 am–5 pm shift. Safety shoes are required, and the team values organization, communication, and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/production experience.
• Must have forklift and RF scanner experience.
• Safety shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Handle stock control, receipt, storage and retrieval of product to ensure timely shipments.
• Assist in accurate order processing and meeting daily productivity goals.
• Support DC Manager with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
