Job summary

IPS Packaging & Automation in Union, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a daytime, no-overnight shift from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will handle stock control, receipt, storage, and order fulfillment to ensure timely shipments to IPS customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years warehouse/production experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and forklift and RF Scanner experience. Safety shoes required. Weekday schedule; full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/production experience.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience loading/unloading trailers, processing orders, and meeting productivity goals.
• Forklift and RF scanner experience required; safety shoes are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Complete day-to-day stock control, receipt, storage and retrieval of product.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment to IPS customers.
• Work under the DC Manager and complete duties efficiently and accurately.
