Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver in Parsippany, NJ. The role combines warehouse tasks with a delivery component, operating on a 5 am – 2 pm shift, with Monday to Friday schedule and paid holidays/time off.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, and shipping materials, operating forklifts and other equipment, and delivering to customers or suppliers. A valid license and ability to drive are required; CDL not needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• Pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Record review required.
• DOT guidelines and local regulations must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Receive, stock, stage, and ship materials per safety and productivity standards.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and wire cutting machine when required.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles and prepare shipments with proper documentation.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and report any issues.
• Conduct inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Deliver products to customers and company locations as needed.
• Assist in training entry-level drivers and provide coaching.
• Follow DOT and vehicle safety regulations at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
