Job summary

Natural Foods Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for order fulfillment, shipping and receiving. This role offers day shifts (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) with flexible scheduling and both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Starting pay is $15.03 per hour, plus performance-based raises and bonuses, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow. You will pick and pack orders, label shipments, receive inventory, maintain shelves with FIFO, help with loading/unloading, and keep the warehouse clean and

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills helpful for tasks and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
• Prepare and label shipments for delivery.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain organized shelves and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Help load and unload deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.
