Job summary

Natural Foods Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, shipping and receiving. This daytime role offers 8:00 AM–4:00 PM shifts with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Starting pay is $15.03/hour with performance-based raises and bonuses, and both full-time and part-time options are available. The position emphasizes a hands-on, active role in a smaller team environment, focusing on accurate picking, packing, labeling, stocking, and safe warehouse

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stay active.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
• Prepare and label shipments for delivery.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain organized shelves and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Help load and unload deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficient.
