Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse operations with a hands-on approach to safety, accuracy, and efficiency. The role requires monitoring workflow, assigning tasks, and operating forklifts to load orders while ensuring SOPs and quality standards in a fast-paced Sidney, OH facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of warehouse experience including qualified forklift operation (sit-down and stand-up).
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily workflow, assign tasks, and adjust priorities to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
• Operate forklifts and ensure SOP compliance and equipment safety.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and safety improvements through continuous improvement.
• Pull, stage, and load orders onto truck trailers using forklifts.
• Oversee and participate in warehouse and yard operations.
• Ensure tasks follow SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance reporting.
• Support accurate inventory management and documentation to reduce errors and variances.
