You will operate a stand-up forklift, utilize RF devices, verify shipments, and maintain a safe work environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to learn Ferguson systems and processes quickly.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs regularly and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free workspace.
