Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in San Leandro, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support outbound order fulfillment and inventory control. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems, and collaborate with a team to meet daily targets.

This role requires 1–3 years warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying weather and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

1–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
High attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
Ability to perform heavy duties, including handling large pipes (50 lbs+).
Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Offload, move, and store materials weighing 50 lbs or more.
Utilize RF scanners and/or Warehouse Management Systems to manage inventory.
Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Keep workspace clean and safe in a team setting.
Work in varying weather conditions as needed.
