You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipment, using voice/pick tickets to ensure accuracy and quality. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and meeting daily production goals.

This is a fast-paced, day-shift position with overtime as needed; the pay is $20.00 per hour. Join a collaborative team delivering products that keep pets happy and healthy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with pallet jack.
• Experience in a production or goal-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet performance targets and deadlines.
• Basic math and reading skills (English).

Responsibilities

• Work in a fast-paced, production environment with clear hourly goals.
• Use voice and/or pick tickets to accurately select products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipment.
• Inspect products to ensure top quality for customers.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices.
• Unload, check, and route incoming materials; report damages or shortages.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as applicable).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
