Phillips Pet Food & Supplies is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates for our Algona, WA distribution center. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipment, using voice/pick tickets to ensure accuracy and quality. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and meeting daily production goals.

This is a fast-paced, day-shift position with overtime as needed; the pay is $20.00 per hour. Join a collaborative team delivering products that keep pets happy and healthy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with pallet jack.
• Experience in a production or goal-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet performance targets and deadlines.
• Basic math and reading skills (English).

Responsibilities

Shift Details

• 5-day work week
• Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am- 2:30 pm (or until work is complete)
• Overtime available as needed

Pay: $20.00/hour

What You’ll Do

• Work in a fast-paced, production environment with clear hourly goals
• Use voice and/or pick tickets to accurately select products
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipment
