Job summary

Phillips Pet Food & Supplies in Algona, WA is hiring an Order Picker to join a casual, team-focused warehouse operation.

You will pick and pack orders using an order picker, pallet jack, forklift and RF scanner; build pallets for outbound shipments; and keep safety first with PPE. Must have 2+ years at one employer, lift 50+ lbs, and pass a background check and mouth swab drug test. 5-day work week with overtime and benefits after 90 days.

• Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform all warehouse duties.
• Reliable transportation; able to pass background and drug tests.

Join Our Algona, WA Team as an Order Picker!

Do you love working with a team and staying active? At Phillips Pet Food & Supplies, we’ve been delivering happiness to pets and their people since 1938. Now we’re looking for Material Handlers to help us keep tails wagging!

Location: Algona, WA
Schedules Available: 2nd Shift- Monday- Friday 4:30 pm- 1:00 am (plus overtime)

What You’ll Do

• Pick and pack customer orders using an order picker/pallet jack/RF scanner
• Build pallets and stage them for outbound shipments
• Keep safety first—PPE required, teamwork encouraged

What You Need

• Solid work experience picking orders with a pallet jack and/or forklift and scanner, with strong job longevity — must have been at one employer at least 2 years
• Able to perform all warehouse duties, not afraid of heights, and able to lift 50+ pounds
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to pass a 5-year criminal background check and mouth swab drug test
