Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Associate in Brookshire, TX. The role involves picking, packing, and moving stock using RF scanners, with a 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM window on weekdays, at the 100 Empire Blvd distribution center.

Applicants should have warehouse experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs., and work safely in a fast-paced setting. Company benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) with match, PTO, and product discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing/walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive movements.
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners.
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; participate in ongoing housekeeping.
