Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Brookshire, TX distribution center. The role focuses on picking, packing, shipping and inventory control using RF scanners, with a 1st shift, Monday to Friday schedule.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, can lift up to 50 lbs, and maintains safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; participate in housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety requirements and PPE when required.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.

Ferguson is currently seeking (1st) Shift Warehouse Associates for our (100 Empire Blvd, Brookshire TX 77423) distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.

Schedule:

Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM start time, depending on job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing/walking for extended periods, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $28.88

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
