Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Olive Branch, Mississippi is seeking a Warehouse Worker to accurately receive, move, store, and ship product while upholding safety, security, and productivity standards throughout the facility.

You will use RF terminals, perform picking and packing, maintain inventory records, and support other warehouse areas as needed. The role requires 0–2 years in a warehouse, strong attention to detail, and a customer‑service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with WMS and RF equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select product according to customer order specifications.
• Load and unload product onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring the correct number and type of product.
• Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet customer service standards.
• Utilize RF terminals for picking, quality, inventory, and shipping.
• Determine product destination by scanning, labeling, verifying numbers and sorting.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Keep accurate records and reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Check or count products for accuracy and damage or infestation.
• Learn responsibilities and procedures of other warehouse areas as needed.
• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
• Operate warehouse and computer equipment as needed.
• Work safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
