Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Ohio is hiring a Warehouse Worker for 1st shift (Day). You will be responsible for accurate receiving, moving, storing, and shipping of products to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires 0-2 years in warehouse, familiarity with WMS and RF equipment, strong attention to detail, and good communication. You will work as part of a team, perform picking, packing, labeling, and cycle counts, and benefit from competitive pay and everyday benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service minded.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select product according to customer order specifications.
• Load and unload product onto or from delivery vehicles or pallets.
• Prepare and pack product for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Operate RF terminals for picking, inventory, and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and keep accurate inventory records.
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
